All items we offer monogramming for will have the checkbox options on that particular item under "Custom Add-ons" once you click on that item. The cost of monogramming will also be listed. You can also see all the products we offer monogramming for under the Monogram tab on the Homepage.

Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account, or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. There are no usage or monthly maintenance fees.

Please see our full return policy at the bottom of our home page. We accept returns and exchanges for new or unused conditions with all original labels and tags attached. Email us at returns@southerncottonblooms.com for further instructions.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and additional time for shipping. For personalized items, your entire order will ship when the personalized items are complete. On average, it takes 7-14 days to complete personalized items
At this time, clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
