From a small quaint town in south Louisiana, Southern Cotton Blooms was woven from a life-long friendship, the importance of family, and a dream of owning a business.

Noelle, a dietitian and a momma, has always had a knack for fashion, decorating, and event planning. After working in retail for some time, she fell in love with all things little. This led her to start her own online children’s boutique: Southern Cotton Blooms. She offered monogrammed and appliqué children’s clothing and always had a dream of expanding into something bigger. 

Ann Catherine is an elementary teacher and now a stay-at-home mom of twins; children are what she knows best! Ann Catherine has a creative eye, and since having her little ones, she found it challenging and time consuming to find timeless clothing options for her twins. 

We decided to join forces to expand Southern Cotton Blooms to bring what we feel our community is missing. We are looking forward to working with our customers to provide classic affordable clothing all year round. We hope you enjoy shopping with us!
